Will Winehouse divorce jail bird husband Blake

Kate Anderson, lawyer for Blake Fielder Civil was disappointed today when her client got sentenced to 27 months in prison, Civil pleaded guilty to grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice. He has already served 9 month of his sentence and with prisoners only having to serve half of their sentence it will mean he will be out in time for Christmas.

Amy Winehouse was not in the court today but Civils lawyer Kate Anderson, said they are seriously considering an appeal against the sentence.

Jeremy Dein, Civils other lawyer is denied reports that Amy Winehouse is planning to divorce Civil after he is released from prison, he said that their ambition is to divorce themselves from hard drugs and not separate from each other.
