It all started when photos of Balthazar Getty and Sienna Miller were photographed together and the images leaked and published on the internet, the couple were locked at the lips and from the photo’s it was very unlikely they were ‘just friends’ this sparked rumour’s that miller and Getty are now a item.

The photos were on display for the world to see before Getty and his wife Rosetta Getty’s separation was public, Getty is reported to have said that the public exposure with Sienna has caused his family much embarrassment and the divorce difficult and painful as it is especially when their four children are involved.

Sienna Miller is threatening legal action against certain publications for the raunchy photos being published.

Well for Getty it’s his first taste of controversy but for Sienna it’s starting to become a habit with the affair that Jude Law had with his child’s nanny when they were together, although people sympathised with Sienna as she had the rough deal. After several break ups and make ups Sienna finally broke off the eight month engagement in November 2006.

It seems now that no one knows whets going on with Getty, his wife and indeed Sienna, some same Getty and Sienna are head over heels in love and are waiting for Getty to finalize his divorce with Rosetta so the new love birds can get married, other reports from the UK Daily Mail, AOLs celebrity and entertainment website say that Getty is frantically emailing Rosetta and begging her to come back to him, I’m sure we will get to the bottom of the story on what’s going on soon and we promise we will keep you posted on Divorce Diva.
