Kuwaits divorce rate slashed by 50 percent

Just in-case you ever wanted to know what the divorce rate and statistics are in Kuwait here it’s the information for you.
The statistics on divorce in Kuwait, the divorce rate has decreased by 50 percent during the first half of 2008.
In the event of divorce by two Kuwaitis the divorce rate is at 4.3 percent, Kuwait men married to women of other nationalities on the other hand is higher at 5.6 percent, Kuwaiti women married to foreigners is lower at 4.8 per cent.
Although there have been no cases of Bedoun couples divorcing in the first part of 2008.
For the year 2007 the rate of divorce for Kuwaiti couples was 8.8 percent. Divorces between Kuwaiti men and women from other nationalities were at 4.7 percent and Kuwaiti women married to foreign men were 15.5 percent. Bedoun couples had 15.6 percent registered cases.
