Dixie Chick Emily Robison’s divorce is final

Dixie Chick, Emily Robinson and her cowboy rocker husband Charlie Robison have divorced according to the several press reports. They have been married for 9 years, not bad for a celebrity couple.
Emily’s estranged husband Charlie Robinson filed for divorce eight months ago and the divorce was finalized on Wednesday, the couple kept the divorce to themselves and the media only got hold of the news of their separation long after Charlie had filled for the divorce.
A close friend of the duo said that they are still very close friends, they have three children, fraternal twins Julianna Tex and Henry Benjamin, born in 2005, and son Charles Augustus “Gus” Robison, who was born in 2002, and the friend also tells how the family are and are continuing to be the most important thing in the life’s of the estranged couple.
The musical pair got married back in 1999, but as their divorce filing states their marriage had “become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities.” The pair are now back to their single status and back on the open market.
