Balthazar Getty estranged wife will not file for divorce

Balthazar Getty’s love affair with Sienna Miller has taken a turn for the worse, as Getty’s estranged wife Rosetta Millington, 30, has decided to make Getty wait as she refuses to divorce the star of Brothers & Sisters and oil heir, it’s been reported in the Daily Mail.
Getty, 33, separated from his wife earlier, he then began dating actress Sienna Miller, 26, instantly, Getty also has 4 children with estranged wife Rosetta.
Insiders have said that Rosetta wants to hold fire with the divorce, so she can secure the future of their four children, and wait for a more lucrative settlement. Getty, star of Brothers and Sisters and heir to his families billion dollar oil firm, will have to file for divorce himself if he wants to marry British actress Miller.
It’s also been reported that Getty’s family is disgusted with the way their son has treated Rosetta and have given her their full support, financial and moral, although there have been conflicting stories saying that they have welcomed Miller into the family.
An insider claims that producers of Brothers and Sisters are thinking of putting Balthazar Getty’s role on a back burner for the rest of the season, so it seems that the actor’s love life is affecting his work.
