A-Rod and Cynthia Rodriguez reach divorce settlement

Cynthia Rodriguez lawyer told Newsday last night that Cynthia who filed for divorce two months ago from Yankees star A-Rod reached an out-of-court settlement with the third basement. So A-Rod and Cynthia are now done, according to Attorney Maurice Jay Kutner who read out the following statement

Attorney Maurice Jay Kutner, reached at his Miami home, read the following statement: “Cynthia and Alex Rodriguez have amicably resolved their dissolution of marriage proceedings. They deliberately engaged in a private negotiation, which was their stated desire from the beginning. It was and remains a personal family matter for both of them. All of their decisions were based upon and guided by the best interests of their daughters.”

The divorce was filed in July by Cynthia, in the divorce papers she asked for custody of their two daughters, alimony to enjoy the lifestyle she had been used to, child support for Natasha and Ella their daughters and ownership of their oceanfront home in Miami. Alex Rodriguez signed a 10 year deal for $275-million and is in the first year of the contract.
