London the Capital of Divorce led by celebrity divorce cases

2:59 pm Celebrity Divorces

Former Tory MP Duncan Smith and leader of the Centre for Social Justices called on Parliament to ask for restrictions on what the judge decides regarding access to children and financial payouts.

This comes after several high profile celebrity divorce cases saw millions in divorce settlements, with Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills, Phil Collins and his divorce and of course the pending divorce case with Madonna and Guy Ritchie.

Duncan Smith made it clear that they felt that judges rather than leaving divorce cases were actually advocating reforms, and in particular when the case is a celebrity or high profile case where it seems to be about who is the best lawyer rather than more considerate to the situation and children.
