It has now been reported that Anne Heche is officially divorced after a two-year battle with her ex, Coley Laffoon. Anne and Coley reached a settlement on Wednesday over custody and assets.

Under the terms, Anne and Coley will split legal and physical custody of their 7-year-old son, Homer.

Its said that Coley will receive half of their property and more than $700,000 worth of stocks and other assets and that Anne will retain her home in Vancouver.

Coley filed for divorce in February 2007. Anne is currently expecting a baby boy with her boyfriend James Tupper.
