Cheryl Cole hires Divorce Lawyer

According to reports Cheryl Cole has now hired a legal team in London to start divorce proceedings. Cheryl and Ashley spilt on Monday after 3 years of marriage. As we know divorce is a very private process unless you are a celebrity and decide to make it public.

Reports say that Cheryl will be the complainant in the divorce on the grounds of unreasonable behavior or adultery. But its said that Ashley can complain that his marriage had problems because of his mother-in-law’s interference.

Cheryl Cole has apparently told Ashley that she plans to keep the house in the divorce settlement and also wants to have custody of their two dogs.
