According to reports Brooke Mueller wants to divorce Charlie Sheen after his court case for domestic violence. As some of us know Brooke left two rehab facilities in recent weeks and according to her lawyer she is doing rehab at home. It’s said that their marriage has been a nightmare.
Denise Richards who was married to Charlie for 3 years could testify in his criminal case according to reports, and that she may also be asked to talk about an alleged fight between them.
Charlie is currently facing charges of misdemeanor third-degree assault, felony menacing and misdemeanor criminal mischief after his Christmas Day row with Brooke Mueller.
